My Post Office Strategy
Outline: A strategic consultation run over 10 weeks to produce a vision for the design, development and commercial viability of the My Post Office Customer Portal.
The strategy was split into two deliverables. The first was a full account of the audience and competitive research positioning the portal in a niche market. The result was a fully researched list of products, services, partners and advertising models that were proposed to support the offering.
The second document was essentially a brief, with a roadmap for the design and development of the portal which supported the business plan to present to the Post Office Board.
Components: Workshops, audience research commercial modeling and planning.

Outline: Simplifying a complex business model and presenting it as a clear and usable information architecture. This site takes an established not-for-profit business consultancy and makes them accessible their wide and primarily business targeted audience.
Components: Personalisation and secure customer areas.
Technology: EpiServer CMS built on Microsoft’s .Net Framework.

Graduate recruitment
Outline: Another student recruitment site, but this time letting the employees do all the talking. The site deliberately uses less words and more video to convey an open and honest tone to discuss the benefits of a career at Hewitt.
Components: Video vox-pops, profile interviews and photo shoot.
Technology: Drupal CMS, MySQL, PHP.

The London Enterprise Office
Outline: A site and social networking application to get students and college professors making money. The site has a serious commercial angle where students and University employees can link up with industry to provide consultancy services.
Components: A ‘hub’ to enable individuals and groups to network with an ‘ideas bank’ where people can submit and vote monthly for the best idea, which wins a cash prize.
